Pricing & Invoicing:

Please note that all prices are in British Pounds unless otherwise specified. If you are ordering from outside the UK your credit card company will automatically convert the amount into your local currency. For advice on exchange rates you can use a website like www.xe.com. Shipping charges are calculated in the shopping basket after you have entered the country for delivery.

You may use Visa, Solo, Maestro, Electron or MasterCard for your online purchases. We cannot accept money orders, cheques or postal orders.

MAESTRO AND SOLO CARDS: Please note that we are only able to accept the new style 16 digit Maestro and Solo cards for payment. We are unable to accept the old style Maestro and Solo cards, which have 19 digits for the card number and require you to enter an issue number. We apologise for any inconvenience.

Please note that the name "www.de-lux.net" will appear on your credit card statement for all purchases through the official store.

Ordering Process

Click on "BUY" for the item you wish to purchase. You will then be brought to a screen that shows all the items in your shopping cart.

When you have finished placing items in your cart, click on "Checkout ". This is located on the shopping cart screen.

You will then need to answer a few questions pertaining to your shipping and billing information.

After you have finished these steps, your order will process. Shortly after you will receive an e-mail confirmation.

Shipping and Delivery Information

We use Royal Mail 1st Class for all UK orders and Air Mail for International orders. Typically, merchandise that is in stock ships within 14 days of an order being placed. If the item you order is not available, the backorder will be shipped immediately upon receipt.

Shipment time from dispatch is 1-2 working days for the UK, 5-7 working days from dispatch for Europe and 7-14 working days for Rest of the World. The actual delivery date can vary depending on customs clearance for your respective country. Additional custom's fees may apply depending on your country's duties, we cannot be held responsible for these charges.

Order Status

You can check the status of your order at any time by logging into the Shop using your email address and password. Click on the link My Account on the top right and you will see the order details and the stage of processing.
Please note that your order may be shown as "waiting authorisation" for a short amount of time. Your card is only authorised when stock is allocated to your order.
If there is a problem with the authorisation on the card we will contact you by email.

Returns

Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return any item for a full refund, under the following conditions:

Items must be in their original condition, with original packaging and tags intact.

Just follow the 3 easy steps below:

  • 1. On a piece of paper please write your order number and the reason for your return and if you would like an exchange or refund.
  • 2. Wrap the merchandise securely.
  • 3. Post back to us at the following address.

Cancellations

If you would like to cancel your order, please call our Customer Care Center at 00 44 (0) 207 613 3555. If your order has already shipped from our warehouse, we cannot cancel your order and you must follow the returns process describe above.

Refunds

Once we have received and processed the returned item, we will notify you via email of your refund. If the return is due to our error we will refund the entire cost of the original order including shipping.
